I had a party some time ago, to celebrate the end of the school year. No, we didn’t have excessive drinking, and no, there were no drugs. I hope.
Anyway, I brought a camera with me, like I always do, and seeing as we were on the roof of a 21-storey building (yes, I spell storey the British way, and I will continue to do so), I could resist taking shots of the night sky, even though I just had a shitty point-and-shoot (since DSLRs have shutter speed control and stuff). Anyway, out of the many I took, only these three were of acceptable quality, so have at them.

looks a bit dark..
you may wanna try with slower shutter speed?
My point and shoot has no shutter speed options LOL
Considering you don’t have shutter speed options, those pictures are even more impressive.
What model camera do you have? My point-and-shoot, a Panasonic TZ3, doesn’t technically have shutter speed and aperture options, but it does have some presets that work quite well for night shots like that. One preset even has a 1 minute shutter speed. It makes night look like day.
I love night sceneries man, with the shining lights and all. Nice photos!
pretty nice shots for a PS. somehow i’ve seen that building with the green lighting on the top somewhere…
Nice pictures taken. ^^
i did a night shoot of singapore’s business district not long ago. my first attempt at night shoot so screwed up a little at some of the settings. orz
